Our Employee Savings and Retirement Plan 401(k) allows
associates to contribute a percentage of compensation on a pre-tax basis. West Bend
will match half of the associate's contribution, up to the first 5% of compensation.
Associates are eligible to participate in our plan immediately upon employment and
attainment age of 21.
Our Retirement Benefit provides a percentage of pay based
on length of service. West Bend will make an annual contribution to an associate's
401(k) account based on compensation for the year and service with the company.

Training and Development
Our Educational Opportunities allow associates to be reimbursed
for approved courses that are related to the their position. This includes courses
necessary for designations, professional development seminars, and degree related
programs. We believe continued education is an important investment for being competitive
in our industry.
Many Technology Training Classes and Insurance Education Courses
are available for associates on-site.
Health Insurance
Our Medical Coverage has various levels of managed cost
programs and multiple preferred provider networks. Associates may also elect to
use out-of-network providers with increased deductibles and co-payments. Vision,
Dental, and Prescription Drug Coverage are included.
The Flexible Compensation (Section 125) plan allows associates
to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for health care premiums, eligible health care
expenses, and dependent care expenses.
Income Protection
Short Term Disability coverage provides includes full
income replacement for up to 3 months per occurrence of disability.
Long Term Disability is payable at two-thirds of salary
after 3 consecutive months of disability. No contribution is made by the associate
for this benefit.
Term Life Insurance/Accidental Death and Dismemberment
is payable at 2 1/2 times your annual salary for each plan. No contribution is made
by the associate for this benefit.
Business Travel Accident Insurance provides additional
life insurance for those associates traveling on company business.
Work and Life
Flexible work schedules, including flex-time, compressed work-weeks, telecommuting,
and job sharing may be utilized. Managers may establish work schedules that are
appropriate for their departments.
The vacation schedule increases with years of service
to a maximum of 5 weeks.
Employee Assistance Program assists associates and members
of their families in obtaining help with personal issues. No contribution is made
by the associate.
The Adoption Assistance Program reimburses up to $3,000
of eligible expenses including 2 weeks of vacation.
Every Workstation at West Bend has a Personal Environment
Module or PEM. This allows every associate to control lighting, noise, temperature,
and air flow.
The On-Site Fitness Center is conveniently open 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week and is available to dependents over the age of 18 and spouses
of associates.
Our Home Office includes many amenities that are convenient for our associates.
Our Terrace Café has a unique view of the country landscape
with a full service cafeteria, dry cleaning, ATM, and on-site banking.
