West Bend's EFT Program

EFT allows your financial institution to electronically transfer monthly payments from your checking or savings account directly to West Bend. You never have to worry about incurring a late fee. A nominal service fee is automatically added to each installment.

You'll receive a list of withdrawal dates with your policy renewal and anytime you make changes to your policy that affect your premium.

To register for EFT, follow these easy steps:

1. Click on EFT Authorization Form

2. Print and complete the form.

3. Send the form to:
