Pay By Phone

  1. Just call toll free 1 (800) 573-1323.

    1. You can pay your bill in full using a credit card or debit card.

    2. We accept these credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover.

    3. We accept these debit cards: Star, Pulse, NYCE, ACCEL.

You can also use an electronic check if you choose to pay by phone. Simply follow the voice prompts for phone payments.

Please have these items handy in order to make your payment:

  1. Your 14-Digit Access number. This is located on your invoice.

  2. For credit, debit, or ATM cards:

    1. The card number located on the front of your card.

    2. The expiration date, both month and year.

    3. The zip code where the card statement is mailed.

    4. Pen and paper to write down the confirmation number.

  3. For an electronic check:

    1. The routing number and checking account numbers.

    2. The dollar amount you wish to pay.

    3. Pen and paper to write down the confirmation number.
