West Bend Insurance Company receives 2026 Wisconsin 75 Distinguished Performer Award for Community
Recognition honors West Bend’s longstanding commitment to strengthening communities through philanthropy, volunteerism, and partnership
West Bend Insurance Company ranked 20 on Deloitte’s Wisconsin 75™, a ranking of the 75 largest private companies in Wisconsin based on sales revenue and received the 2026 Wisconsin 75 Distinguished Performer Award in the Community Champion category. The award recognizes the company’s longstanding commitment to supporting and strengthening the communities where its associates, agency partners, customers, and business partners live and work.
“At West Bend, community involvement isn’t simply a program or campaign, it’s part of who we are,” said Rob Jacques, president and CEO of West Bend. “This recognition belongs to our associates, who give their time, talents, and resources to make their communities stronger, and to our agency and business partners who share that commitment. We believe when our communities thrive, we all thrive.”
For more than 130 years, community involvement has been woven into West Bend’s culture. West Bend associates contribute thousands of volunteer hours supporting hundreds of nonprofit organizations and community causes, annually representing an estimated community value of nearly $300,000. This is in addition to the more than $370,000 associates personally contribute to United Way campaigns each year.
“Insurance is ultimately a promise to be there when people need us most,” Jacques said. “We believe that promise shouldn’t begin only after a loss. It should also be reflected in how we invest in the places we call home and the people who make those communities special.”
