The Home and Highway policy for condominium owners provides the same great coverages as our standard Home and Highway, along with other coverages specific to condominium ownership:
- Loss Assessment. If you're a member of a condominium or neighborhood association, and property collectively owned by association members is damaged by a covered peril, or if your association becomes liable for a personal injury loss, we'll provide coverage of $5,000 for your share of the loss assessment charged against you.
- All Risk. This is $50,000 in coverage for property that's part of your unit, like fixtures and appliances. This coverage applies to all types of risks unless they're specifically excluded in the policy.
Of course, your vehicles and other personal property are also insured on the Home and Highway policy.
