Our Silver Lining^® Repair Program is designed to make repairs to your damaged vehicle fast and hassle free. After you report your claim to West Bend or your agency, you'll have the opportunity to take your vehicle to a West Bend-approved repair facility. Once the repair facility completes the estimate, you can authorize them to order parts and begin repairs. A West Bend representative doesn't have to see your vehicle first.

The repair facility will then contact West Bend's physical damage unit to agree on repair details. This ensures fast, efficient, and expert repair.

All Silver Lining repair facilities use state-of-the-art equipment and repair techniques and provide warranties on their workmanship.
