Please be sure to include your policy number, best contact information (along with a phone number and e-mail address, if available) date of loss, and description of what happened or what’s damaged. West Bend customers who use our website or app can also report claims directly using the “Report a claim” feature. Clear Vision repair service is the fast and easy way to report a damaged windshield.
Is your windshield cracked or chipped? Just call DirectConnect toll free and our Clear Vision representative will process your claim quickly. Here’s how it works:
After verifying coverage and degree of damage, the Clear Vision representative will determine if the windshield should be repaired or replaced. If you prefer to use a particular glass vendor, the representative will contact that vendor to communicate details of the loss and billing directions. If you don't have a preferred glass vendor, the Clear Vision representative will help you select one.
While the Clear Vision representative contacts the glass vendor, you can stay on the line and make the appointment immediately, or call the glass vendor at your convenience.
