West Bend's policyholder website and mobile app provide easy and convenient access to view policies, pay bills, and submit claims.

Talk to a TravelNet representative if you purchased this service and have a roadside emergency.
Report a crack or chip in your windshield.
Report any other kind of new loss to your DirectConnect representative.

TravelNet® is an optional 24-hour emergency roadside service available on our personal auto policies.
If you need emergency roadside assistance anywhere in the United States or Canada, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, simply call the toll-free number. A qualified service provider will respond with assistance for a number of services, including vehicle tow, flat tire change, gasoline delivery, battery jump start, and lockout.
You can simply sign and drive or you can pay for the service on your own and submit receipts for reimbursement.

Is your windshield cracked or chipped? West Bend works directly with windshield service technicians to quickly get you on your way.
After verifying coverage and degree of damage, our claim representative will determine if the windshield should be repaired or replaced.
If you prefer to use a particular glass vendor, our claim representative will contact that vendor to communicate details of the loss and billing directions. If you don't have a preferred glass vendor, West Bend will help you select one.
While our claim representative contacts the glass vendor, you can stay on the line and make the appointment immediately or call the glass vendor at your convenience.
