TravelNet is an optional 24-hour emergency roadside service available on our personal policies. This coverage is available to West Bend policyholders who reside in Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

TravelNet is West Bend's exclusive protection coverage that gives you and your family peace of mind when you're on the road. If you purchase this coverage, you'll have emergency roadside assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. Just call the toll-free number and we'll dispatch a qualified professional from our network of more than 26,000 service providers.

Policyholders can choose from several limits to receive coverage for services that include:

• towing
• flat tire repair
• gasoline delivery
• battery jump starts
• lockouts
• other minor repairs

No cash, credit cards, or claim forms needed – You can simply sign and drive or you can pay for the service on your own and submit receipts for reimbursement. 

TravelNet also covers travel expenses up to $250 per occurrence when an accident or disablement requires an overnight stay, provided it occurs more than 100 miles from your home. Expenses covered are lodging, meals, and bus or taxi fees.
