You may be a great fit for this role if you have:

5+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience with a strong underwriting background
A current P&C license (or the ability to obtain one shortly after hire)
5+ years of contact center experience
1 year customer service supervisory experience
A passion for coaching teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences

What You'll Do

Lead and develop a Commercial Lines Customer Care team
Drive customer retention and business growth
Monitor quality assurance and underwriting compliance
Manage staffing, workflow, and performance objectives
Help shape an outstanding customer experience

Work Location

This role can enjoy a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home. This position can be based in either our West Bend or Madison, Wisconsin office.
