Financial Information/Payments

The following sections apply specifically to financial information and payments but do not limit the applicability of the rest of the Terms of Use on financial information and payments.

Enrollment
By enrolling in our financial services, you may access your West Bend invoices online, view your payment history, store different payment methods, set up automatic recurring payments, and/or make a one-time payment.

Financial Service Use

  • The services incorporate commercially reasonable methods to authenticate the information that you have supplied for making a payment through the service. You will not be able to submit a payment until the service authenticates you.
  • If your payment is received after the due date of the bill, regardless of any cause, except for our failure to reasonably process your explicit payment instructions actually received by us, then you will remain responsible for any late charges and interest assessed, the same as if you mailed your payment to us and we received it after the due date.
  • If you set up recurring payments, you authorize our services to initiate debit entries using the payment method specified in the automatic payment rules and credit the West Bend account you indicate. The automatic payment rule will remain in effect until you cancel the rule through our site. Debit entries already initiated or processed by our services cannot be cancelled.
