West Bend recently promoted two leaders to the officer team.
John Piechowski has been named Assistant Vice President –Marketing and Customer Experience, and Maggie Treml has been elevated to Assistant Vice President – Enterprise Risk and Strategy. These appointments reflect the critical role strong leadership plays in connecting vision to execution.
John joined West Bend in 2023 as Director – Customer Experience and most recently was Director – Marketing and Customer Experience.
Maggie joined West Bend in 2017 as a senior internal auditor. Since then, she’s held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in our Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management departments, most recently Director Enterprise Risk Management.
In their expanded roles, John and Maggie will continue to lead their respective areas while taking on broader responsibilities that advance our strategic priorities and support sustainable growth. We’re grateful for John and Maggie’s leadership and are excited about the impact they’ll continue to make.
