All are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Call us toll free at 1 (877) 922-5246. TravelNet®, Clear Vision, and DirectConnect can all be accessed through this number. Please have your policy number (three letters and seven digits) ready, if available.

To report a claim using email, please send the following information to directconnect@wbmi.com:

  • Name
  • Address
  • City, State, Zip
  • Phone Numbers (home, work, and mobile) with best times to call
  • Policy Number (three letters and seven digits)
  • Date of Loss
  • Description of Accident/Loss
