How do I submit a claim?

If you have a loss, West Bend provides several easy options for reporting a claim, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If convenient, please try to have your West Bend policy number available as well as all pertinent details involving the claim such as date and description of loss.

How do I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill online, through our mobile app, by phone, or by mail.

Online– Make a secure online one-time payment by using the Make a Payment button above or by logging into your account in our Policyholder Portal.

Phone - Talk to one of our Billing Team members by calling (800) 236-5002, Monday through Friday between 7:00am and 4:30pm CST. If you are calling outside business hours your call will be answered by our automated attendant.

Mail - You can send a check addressed to the below address. Please be sure to include your policy number with the payment.
