About me

Mindy began her insurance career in 1994 at an independent agency in Columbia City, Indiana, where she obtained her P&C and Life insurance license. During that time she received an associate’s degree in Business Administration through Indiana Institute of Technology. Mindy has over 20 years of experience working in Commercial lines with her past 10 years working as an Account Manager in the Small Business Unit. Mindy joined West Bend in 2022 as a Customer Care Rep in the Service Center. Mindy enjoys spending time with her fiancé, three children, and dog Maggie. Some of her hobbies are reading, walking, creating fitness regimens for women over 40.
