BizTimes Milwaukee recently included Marc Emery, senior vice president and chief underwriting officer, on their 2025 Notable Leaders in Insurance list.
The list recognizes senior-level insurance professionals in southeast Wisconsin who hold a leadership position in their industry outside of their own organization, have made a significant contribution to advancing workplace equality at their own workplace or beyond, and act as a role model or mentor.
Marc has been with West Bend since 2015, serving in various roles with escalating responsibilities. He’s played a pivotal role in many strategic initiatives, and his leadership and innovation have resulted in many successes for the company. Promoted earlier this year, Marc currently oversees underwriting for the Commercial Enterprise, Personal Lines, and Surety divisions, delivering cohesive and efficient underwriting alignment and strengthening our ability to deliver value-driven underwriting solutions to its agents and policyholders.
Marc’s commitment to excellence extends into the community, serving as vice president of the board for the Volunteer Center of Washington County and serving on the boards of Riveredge Nature Center and Cedarburg Mercs youth baseball club.
