West Bend Insurance Company was recently named a Top Workplace in Southeastern Wisconsin and Madison! This is the 15th consecutive year we’ve been honored as a Top Workplace.
West Bend ranked fourth in the large company category (500 or more employees) on the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s list of Southeastern Wisconsin Top Workplaces 2026. We also ranked seventh in the large company category (300 or more employees) on the Wisconsin State Journal’s list of Madison Top Workplaces 2026. Additionally, West Bend President and CEO Rob Jacques received a special leadership award.
The special leadership award and our placement on these lists are earned entirely based on our associates’ survey responses compared to the responses of employees surveyed at other companies.
