The Annual Steiner Stomp was last Wednesday! This walk encourages associates to take a break and enjoy some fresh air. It's a big hit each year! 

It was great to get out for a long walk on our beautiful grounds. Thanks to the associates that joined in on the fun!

We took the number-one spot in the large company category for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Top Workplaces in Southeast Wisconsin!

This is the tenth consecutive year in which West Bend has placed in the top four. More than 140 companies were named to the 2021 Top Workplaces list. Rankings are based entirely on employee feedback.

There are regional Top Workplaces awards in more than 55 major U.S. markets. Depending on the region, eligible organizations must have a minimum of 35 or 50 employees. Companies can be public, private, nonprofit, educational, or governmental. 

We can all agree that our communities would suffer greatly without the help of volunteers. It’s important to take time during National Volunteer Week to thank those that truly make a difference. We purchased gift cards to The Hub - Social Good Brews, provided them to several non-profits in our area and asked them to hand out and thank their volunteers for all they do.
