We celebrated the Key Recognition award winners! This is our peer to peer recognition program that allows associates to nominate each other for key actions taken, key behaviors demonstrated, or for key accomplishments. The winners played West Bend style Plinko to see which summer fun prize they won! Congratulations to all!
One of our associates, Brenda, is a recent Key Recognition winner. Our Key Recognition program allows associates to nominate each other for key actions taken, key behaviors demonstrated or key accomplishments. As a winner, Brenda had the option of choosing an extra PTO day, a gift card, preferred parking, and a few other things for herself. The other option West Bend offers is to make a charitable donation of $250 to an organization of the winner's choosing. Brenda chose Hospice in Fond du Lac "because of their passionate care they gave to my mother who was dying of cancer," she said. They stepped up and above what they would have needed to do for our family." Congratulations to both of you!
We celebrated our Key Recognition winners from the past 6 months. Associates can nominate another associate or team for key accomplishments and actions taken that go above and beyond. This time we had a game show style celebration with associates picking either the envelope or what's in the box. Some fun gifts were handed out and lots of laughter ensued.
