We were treated to a visit by Bernie Brewer and his friends.  Our associates were able to have their photos taken and learn more about the upcoming Brewer events.  

A great time was had by all.  Thanks to all of the West Bend volunteers that make this a great event year after year!

After 27 years, Lynn retired from the marketing department at West Bend with her whole family surrounding her.  Her infectious smile and sense of humor will be missed.  Thank you for your hard work and dedication.  Enjoy your retirement!

One of our associates, Brenda, is a recent Key Recognition winner. Our Key Recognition program allows associates to nominate each other for key actions taken, key behaviors demonstrated or key accomplishments. As a winner, Brenda had the option of choosing an extra PTO day, a gift card, preferred parking, and a few other things for herself. The other option West Bend offers is to make a charitable donation of $250 to an organization of the winner's choosing. Brenda chose Hospice in Fond du Lac "because of their passionate care they gave to my mother who was dying of cancer," she said. They stepped up and above what they would have needed to do for our family." Congratulations to both of you!

Just like every where you go in Wisconsin, you'll find die-hard Packers fans.  West Bend is no exception!  Packers gear is always in full force.  

It was Ugly Sweater day at West Bend and the associates did not disappoint!
