Mike retired today after 17 years with us as a commercial lines underwriter! Congratulations and we wish you nothing but the best!

After 18 years of dedicated service to West Bend, Mike, IT Operations Services Analyst III, is retiring. Mike has been in IT his entire 37 year career. He started in what was called the Micro Support Department. They supported all of the PCs, servers and the network. Over time, Mike focused his skills on the physical and virtual server environments.
